โดยทำตามขั้นตอนดังนี้
– Uninstall or Remove Adobe ทั้งหมด
– Download “Adobe Creative Cloud Clean Tool”
– Open the cleaner tool and “Clean” (delete) Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop
– Restart
– Download “Creative Cloud Installer”
– Reinstall Creative Cloud
